When you find a "mistake", what to you do next? Should you go on, trying to over-look it, or should you just start over?
If your warp was long enough, you could just end it there, and start another scarf. If not, then you will just have to un-weave that section and re-weave it! I usually find there is no point in leaving in an error that will bother me forever, and make the article useless (to me). That's just me! Or you can try to hide it creatively, with some embroidery or applique, or a hem, or something.
