pretty yarn

This is a great week. I have been spinning some white wool that I combed and it so pretty that I am having a hard time deciding what color to dye it before I ply it. I painted some beautiful stuff Monday. It is natural brown wool overdyed with food coloring in blues and purples. WOW!! I'll post a picture on Sunday or Monday.

If you are interested in purchasing any of this yarn check out my auctions on ebay: castleman.spf ...

It is strange though, I've almost decided to start deviding big skeins into two or three small ones. People are just more willing to bid 2 or 3 dollars although what they are going to do with 25 yard is beyond me.

I don't get it

Most of the stuff I've had on ebay has sold, except the stuff I think is the best. How irritating and annoying. The very prettiest of yarns have not sold, the bits and pieces that I thought were OK sold, some of them for quite a bit.

Anyway, I am trying to create a kit to make a hat. It is made out of natural brown yarn that has been dyed a variety of fall colors. I think it will be really pretty!

Anyway...back to dying.
